 The Thrive-WiSE Safe Space™ (patent-pending) program for technically-inclined R&D personnel is an innovative approach to address the enormous need and challenge of retaining women+ & minorities on engineering & PM ladders.

Guided by highly experienced engineers and PM’s, the Thrive-WiSE Safe Space™ program fosters and nurtures open dialog and feedback from participants in a psychologically-safe, non-judgmental, confidential group setting. Participants are encouraged to share their feedback with us in order to identify hidden/taboo issues and to find support and comfort in the session.

At the end of the program, sponsor companies receive in-depth, anonymized data and feedback from session participants with recommendations for improvement which can be used to improve workplace environments, processes and objectives.

Women+ includes all woman-identified people, whatever their journey.
